Name: Ripkin
Age: 125
Alliance: Chaotic good
Appearance:
Personality:
Ripkin has always gone out of his way to help others. He became a ranger and has grown up with his best Friend Taligrad, his Dire Wolf companion. Where Ripkin has always been as a living example of chivalry, Taligrad acts as his rougher counter part.
History:
The orc's tore through the village, raping and pillaging. Every guard in the tree top village was on alert and trying to defend the other villagers either fighting or running for their life.
One of the Elves on the council was on a connecting bridge, his sword clashing with that of an orc. Blocking his blade he quickly parried and sliced into the flesh of the orc's throat. More of the huge green bastards began flooding the bridge, The elf holding them off as best he could.
One of the Orc's rushed behind the member of the High Council, his sword raised to cut him down, but stopped dead as an arrow found its target in his right eye socket. The Orc fell over the railing of the rope bridge and made a thunderous thud as he collided with the ground.
By the time the body had fallen, Ripkin had already taken out three others with his bow. His aid wasn't enough as he watched the orcs swarm his father on the bridge and cut him down.
"NOOOO!!" Ripkin could feel the rage burning through him. His mother came out of the tavern behind him.
"Ripkin, we must go." She hurried down the stairs that wrapped around the enormous tree. Ripkin followed as he tried to hold back the tears and emotion flowing through him. He drew his sword and stayed close to his mother.
"The woods are just ahead we can..." Her words were cut short as three arrows entered her chest. Dropping his sword, Ripkin spun around, nocked an arrow, and fell to one knee in one fluid motion, then released. The arrow soared upward into the an orcish archer on one of the balconies.
A few balconies over Ripkin saw him. This orc was huge compared to the others and he dawned white warpaint on his face. He was the one leading the attack.
"You bastard!!" Ripkin released another arrow. Just as it approached the orc, he spun around and caught it. Ripkin was taken off guard at the speed this orc possessed. There was a single command ordered in Orc, and arrows found their way into Ripkins left leg, right arm, and right side of his chest.
Ripkin fell to the ground and everything started to go blurry. The last thing he remember was a white blur coming up and the feel of Taligrads teeth around his arm as he was dragged into the woods...
Ripkin awoke from his dream. It was more of a memory that came back to haunt him often. His head rose and lowered as Taligrad took a breath. It had been a few years since the incident had happened. When Ripkin had gone back, everyone was dead. He now had his fathers sword and was still searching for the orcs that had slain his village.
